So this is day 4 of my fitness regime everything is going good so far just been on my cycle machine eating fairly healthy and doing weight lifting to tone those less toned areas =) Ive lost 2 pound so far and its going good considering your first week or two is water loss but ive been re-hydrating alot so its going well!!
